NEPTUNE DIVERS

IN SEPTEMBER OF 1999, WEEKI WACHEE SPRINGS WAS OPENED TO THE SCUBA DIVING COMMUNITY. OFFERING ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE DIVING EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE, NEPTUNE DIVERS of WEEKI WACHEE SPRINGS HAS EARNED THE BRAGGING RIGHTS OF "DIVE WITH THE MERMAIDS". Unfortunately, the park decided to discontinue the contract which allowed divers to enter the springs as of August 31, 2001. This is a shame. It was extremely unique.
